Polymechanik
Polymechaniker/-innen bedienen modernste CNC gesteuerte Maschinen. Hochpräzise Teilefertigung, Programmierung, Werkzeugkonstruktion, Messen und Prüfen ergeben ein spannendes und vielseitiges Berufsbild.
Lernende in Fachrichtung Montagetechnik lesen Produktionszeichnungen, bauen Maschinenteile zur kompletten Schleifmaschine zusammen, entwickeln im Team neue Lösungen und dokumentieren die Montageabläufe.
Lehrdauer 4 Jahre
Automatik
Der Automatiker oder die Automatikerin elektrifiziert unsere Schleifmaschinen, baut komplexe Schalttafeln, verdrahtet CNC Steuerungen, Roboter und Peripherie. Sie parametrisieren die CNC Steuerungen, löten Platinen und erstellen Elektroschemas.
Durchaus eine elektrisierende Aufgabe die Freude macht.
Lehrdauer 4 Jahre
Konstruktion
Der Konstrukteur oder die Konstrukteurin entwickelt an modernsten CAD Arbeitsplätzen Baugruppen in 3D. Sie entwerfen komplette Schleifmaschinen und die zugehörige Automation. Zudem erstellen sie Produktionszeichnungen und Stücklisten zuhanden der Fertigung oder tauschen Daten mit Lieferanten aus. Modernes Produktdaten- und Dokumentenmanagement unterstützt die administrativen Tätigkeiten.
