Expansion of power skiving cutter production with Qg1. Additional geometry elements for final measurement or as an installation aid can now be ground in a single clamping operation.
New in Qg1, MQTT Messaging. Standard protocol for the Internet of Things (IoT). Ideal for connecting remote devices with a small code footprint and minimal network bandwidth.
Expansion of the grinding process of pulverizing discs, newly selectable with constant core height or constant tooth height.
Pulverizing disc grinding machines with new measuring functions and automation intelligence. These include measuring the flatness of the blank disc, measuring the tooth profile after grinding and automatically aligning the laser marking.
