IWF Atlanta 2024: Corrugated Knives, Woodworking Inserts and more with Qg1 and SCHNEEBERGER
The US Woodworking Industry has been a major part for SCHNEEBERGER and will continue to be in its future. Complex woodworking tools are a core competence of SCHNEEBERGERs ever-evolving CAD/CAM software Qg1.
A full range of woodworking tools are implemented in Qg1 and predefined tools and grinding processes are available in TOOGLE. Customer-specific alterations are easily implemented and wide open to the tool engineer. With the interactive graphics right from the start, tool parameters are converted into a solid 3D from which all grinding paths are calculated. Using it could not be easier.
Corrugated knives can be easily produced or resharpened on the compact Aries NGP with the smallest floor space requirement, yet the machine offers generous work envelop. The interface makes importing dxf, 3D step files and many others a breeze with Qg1.
Either in a high or low production environment, the high-precise Norma NGC is a perfect solution for producing woodworking inserts, compression tools, router bits or woodworking shank tools. With 9 seconds loading time, the Fanuc Scara robot offers flexibility and adds productivity.
