The theory was demonstrated on four real-world applications. All programmed in Qg1 and live manufactured on various SCHNEEBERGER grinding machines:
- Z1 milling cutter polished in HM, ground on Aries NGP Scara
- Z4 milling cutter Ø20, HM, ground on Norma NGC Scara
- Z2 drill in HSS, ground on Gemini NGM, incl. live dressing
- High productivity grinding of forming taps, ground on Sirius NGS
