Flat knives

Knives for the food industry
Blades for the food industry with a smooth, elliptical or profiled cut. The intuitive programming of the geometry is entered into QUINTO. Comprehensive clamping solutions and customer-specific clamping systems are available.
Pulverizer disks
Pulverizer disk with diameters of up to 900 mm can be produced or sharpened. A dressing unit enables the optimum conditioning of the grinding wheel. The software program for pulverizer disk enables the indexing, concave angle, hook angle, number of teeth, dressing interval as well as infeed.
Body stamping dies
Body stamping dies have a 3-dimensional contour form which is established with the highest precision using the 3D probe. Based on the probe results, the QUINTO software automatically calculates the geometry and creates the path for the oscillating grinding process.
Circular saw
Producing or re-grinding circular saws, clamped in a mandrel ganged up for efficient teeth grinding or individually clamped with the internal collet chuck to finish grind all teeth. Trapezoid with V-shape or radius, face grind with spiral or shear angle are quickly prepared in QUINTO Qg1.
Radiator blades
Radiator blades with double chamfer used for the production of radiator fins with double chamfer. Automatic loading with internal clamping system is available as an option.
