Latest version of SCHNEEBERGER CAD/CAM software Qg1: New features for a wide range of applications and currently 1048 TOOGLE sample tools.
The new development of step drill programming has been launched. Different types of steps can be put together quickly and intuitively, or any custom steps can be drawn with the help of a DXF.
Further development of the grinding machine's internal control measurement of gear cutting tools: measured values and diagrams are displayed in a new layout conform with industry standards. The TOOGLE database archives all generated logs.
Complex broaching tools now benefit from the ability to program unlimited tooth groups.
SCHNEEBERGER machines can now be networked with MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Grinding machines, peripheral devices, robots as well as external measuring devices.
