Fresh & Sharp in Quinto Qg1, release 2025-04

Qg1 forming tools: Construction reinforcing steel bars are ribbed for an ideal bounding with concrete. Additionally, they come with a smart code system for traceability. The corresponding forming tools are implemented in Qg1.

Qg1 step drills consist of an unlimited number of steps, each different shapes. Now a second flute can be defined, with a different depth and rake than the first one.

Qg1 offers comprehensive solutions for the production of various shapes and sizes of circular profiled food knives. The form can either be defined by DXF or by probing in the machine.

Multi-tooth gear rack milling cutter (helix in tooth face, not in profile sequence) can now be programmed in Qg1, both for profiling and face grinding processes.

In probe referencing, now, a second probe tip can be included.
