The SCHNEEBALLER Maschinen take home a surprising 4th place finish at the Steckholzer football tournament

At 33°C, it’s hot on the pitch – very hot – and there’s no shade until late in the evening. The SCHNEEBALLER machines are in high spirits and well prepared: after three joint training sessions, with 30 litres of water and Rivella in their bags, fans who’ve made the trip especially for the occasion, and even two team photographers!

Thanks to the full commitment of everyone involved, a respectable result was achieved: Match 1 (1–1), Match 2 (2–0), Match 3 (0–3), Match 4 (3–5), Match 5 (0–2)

So it wasn’t quite enough for a place on the podium, but everyone involved was left with unforgettable moments, aching muscles and a great sense of team spirit. Naturally, this had to be celebrated in style in the FC Steckholz festival tent with beer and bratwurst.
