Clamping the workpiece or the indexable inserts through the bore, enables machining to be carried out on all sides. The clamping spike is the economical solution for the production of indexable inserts with bores, for grinding profiles, contours and chip breakers.
Benefits:
- Compact and flexible construction
- Rapid mounting on the indexing head
Dimensions of the workpieces:
- Tool ID min. 6 mm
- Tool ID max. 40 mm
- Tool width max. 15 mm
