SCHNEEBERGER presents the latest technologies for CNC grinding of tools and precision components. The exhibited 5-axis Aries NGP is optimally compact and grinds a wide range of cutting tools: all shank tools such as form milling cutters and step drills, as well as gear cutting tools up to med-tech specialties.
Making its debut at a French show, the Sirius NGS, production champion of high-precision inserts and micro-tools. Extremely powerful thanks to linear motors, direct drives and ⌀300 large grinding wheels. The 10-pallet robot loading, automatic measurement and laser marking guarantee 24h productivity. Live demonstrations will be given of OD-grinding of indexable inserts by Anvil clamping.
