New in every Qg1 standard tool package: The extended geometry input allows the transition from a corner radius to a second face radius positioned by choice. From this the cutting edge typically continues to grind into the face dish angle. This creates new possibilites in the development of HFC milling cutters for face finishing processes. The results are tools for high feed rates milling with the finest surface quality. The definition of all parameters is carried out in the simplest way in a 2D display with immediate rendering in 3D format.
