Prismatic broaches are used for the production of brake calipers, rack and pinion steering, bearing covers, piston rods and caps, steering racks, steering pinions, shift rods, bearing races on engine housings, cross flanges and numerous customer-specific applications.
The Corvus NGB-BBA enables complete broach machining up to 3500 mm in length and 400 mm in diameter, or 360 mm in width for flat broaches. The solid 6-axis CNC grinding machine produces chip space, spiral flute, profile, spiral profile, clearance angle, chamfer, cylindrical or surface grinding with highest performance and precision! It is the result of many years of cooperation with broach manufacturers from all over the world.
