As strong as a Beech, as durable as an Oak and as versatile as a Spruce, these are SCHNEEBERGER CNC Grinding Machines - wooden handle included.
A clear trend emerged at the LIGNA woodworking trade fair: the tool industry is demanding greater precision and higher productivity. It is therefore in good hands with SCHNEEBERGER.
LIGNA premiere: Sirius NGS grinds profile plates with directly driven 6-axis kinematics. The integrated laser measurement checks and logs each tool. If required, the measured values can be used in a compensation cycle. The fully equipped machine produces large series by means of robot loading, wheel changer and dressing unit. The CAD/CAM software Qg1 is the market leader in profile plate programming options. Grinding processes are generated automatically and can be modified graphically and interactively to meet special requirements.
Aries NGP and Norma NGC are available as both 4-axis and 5-axis machines. Typical applications are the sharpening of woodworking tools and the production of small batches. The available SCHNEEBERGER clamping devices are matched to the entire spectrum of woodworking tools.
Thank you for visiting us at LIGNA! The five days in Hanover, with numerous contacts with new and existing customers, were a pleasure for us. The long-standing trust in SCHNEEBERGER grinding machines was clearly noticeable. We will be happy to advise you on the choice of new machines.
