SCHNEEBERGER offers the entire product range for tool and cutter, as well as precision parts grinding: CAD/CAM grinding software Qg1, a large range of CNC-grinders, latest robot technology and Industry 4.0 connectivity.
The machines on active display are the Norma NGC, featuring the Fanuc Scara robot with the phenomenal chip to chip time of 9 seconds. The universal grinder impresses with capabilities such as auto-dressing, wheel loader, cylindrical grinding and the only software capable of importing your tool design in 3D format.
On the lighter side, the Aries NGP+ handles a large variety of tools: Shaper cutters, hob sharpening, end mills, drills, specials, the limits have yet to be found. Even with tool loading capacity, the required floor space is the smallest available.
