At SCHNEEBERGER headquarters, the five participants learned everything they need to know on the CAD/CAM grinding software Qg1 and the Aries NGP competition machine. Background is their individual knowledge of a wide range of grinding applications from shank and gear cutting tools to ground precision components made of glass. The five participants in the final round in Augsburg:
- Fernando Carrascosa Santos, Schnorr Schleiftechnik GmbH.
- Felix Conrad, Rothenaicher Schneidwerkzeug
- Armin Reich, Gloor Precision Tools Ltd
- Manuel Roth, Duran Glastechnik
- Maximilian Ullermann, Inovatools Eckerle & Ertel GmbH
On March 17th, it all starts: the best tool grinder of the year will be evaluated. The magazine Fertigung reports before and during the competition. Read a preview report with a portrait of all participants by clicking on the following link.
